Cash input : coins deposit but ’no change’ light remains on
If the No Change light remains on after coins have been deposited into the Coin and Bill Acceptor (CBA) the following steps may resolve this issue:
- Check that the coin acceptor unit is correctly seated inside the CBA
- Eject all coins (see Cash : Dispensing coins from a Series V, VX or VX/N Coin and Bill Acceptor when dispensing incorrect change or only by low denomination coins
- Check that the count is now $0
- Reload all coins from the coin slots on the top of the CBA
- Monitor the No Change light
