How to setup Outlook Web to send email from an alternate account
Summary
This article will guide you through the steps to add an alternate email address to your Outlook Web account so you can send email using the alternate email address. You must have a Shared Mailbox added to your Outlook Web account before you can setup the alternate send as email. Directions
1. Launch a web browser and go to mail.plsinfo.org
2. Log in with your PLS credentials

3. Use your Microsoft Authenticator or other Authenticator app to approve your log in request.

4. Select Yes or No to Stay signed in. Select No if you are on a shared computer.

5. Click on the View option in the toolbar located on the upper left side.

6. Click on the View settings option.

7. Click on the Compose and reply option under Layout in the popup window.

8. Click on the box next to Always show From option under Message format. A checkmark will appear in the box.

9. Click on the Save button.

10. Click on the X to close the Settings window.

11. Click on the Home option to bring you back to the main menu.

12. You are done setting up the alternate send as email account.
